Description

The transducer applies AC high voltage to it through the ultrasonic generator, so that the capacitor of the transducer is charged. The piezoelectric ceramic sheet is synchronously stretched and deformed under the action of the alternating electric field, forming the longitudinal vibration of the entire transducer, thereby driving the vibration of the booster and the mold. Therefore, if the capacitors of the generator box and the transducer are not well matched, the transducer will be weak and the welding will not be strong. What’s more, the transducer will heat up seriously, and the high power of the electrode sheet and the ultrasonic generator box will be burned.
